新型纳米陶瓷研磨体对脱硫建筑石膏性能的影响研究

摘要 针对脱硫石膏熟料煅烧工艺粉磨系统中使用的球磨机,对比了传统钢球研磨体和新型纳米陶瓷研磨体的优缺点,测试了使用不同研磨体制备的熟石膏粉性能。结果表明:与使用传统钢球研磨体相比,使用新型纳米陶瓷研磨体可使熟石膏粉的比表面积由320~360 m^(2)/kg增大至400~540 m^(2)/kg;标准稠度用水量减小;节约粉磨电耗;脱硫石膏熟料中的二水石膏和Ⅲ型无水石膏含量大幅减少,同时半水相含量增加,有利于石膏相组成相对稳定;脱硫建筑石膏的2 h抗折及抗压强度分别提高了16%、12%,绝干抗折及抗压强度分别提高了11%和9%。 For the ball mill used in the grinding system of the desulfurized gypsum calcination process,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional steel ball grinding body and the new nano-ceramic grinding body were compared,and the properties of the gypsum powder prepared by different grinding bodies were tested.The results show that compared to traditional steel grinding media,the use of the new nano-ceramic grinding medium can effectively increase the specific surface area of stucco from 320~360 m^(2)/kg to 400~540 m^(2)/kg.The water consumption of standard consistency is reduced and the power consumption of grinding can be saved.The dihydrogen gypsum andⅢtype water in the dethylstonium have a significant reduction in water,and the semi-hydraulic phase content is improved,which is conducive to the relative stability of the gypsum compositions.The 2 h flexural strength and compressive strength of the desulfurized building gypsum have increased by 16%,12%,respectively,while the absolute dry flexural strength and compressive strength increase by 11%and 9%,respectively.
