摘要
对废旧沥青混合料进行有效利用是路桥工程中环境保护的重要一环,常将废旧沥青混合料进行处理后制备水泥稳定基层材料。研究发现,试样无侧限抗压强度随着水泥掺量的增加呈现先提高后稳定的趋势,而随着废旧沥青混合料的掺加呈现先提高后降低的趋势。水泥和废旧沥青混合料的最佳掺量分别为6%和15%。养护温度的升高对水泥水化反应和沥青成分的软化特性均有影响,随着养护温度的升高,试样的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度都呈提高趋势。
The effective utilization of waste asphalt pavement mixture is one of the most important parts of road and bridge engineering.Generally,the waste asphalt mixture is treated to prepare cement-stabilized bases.It finds that the unconfined compressive strength first increases and then stabilizes with the increase of cement content,while the unconfined compressive strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of waste asphalt pavement mixture.The optimum mixing amount of cement and waste asphalt pavement mixture is 6%and 15%respectively.The increase of curing temperature has effect on the hydration reaction of cement and the softening characteristics of asphalt composition.With the increase of curing temperature,the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of the samples show an increasing trend.
