摘要
通过现场调查、室内试验和测试分析,研究正硅酸乙酯、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯/异丁基三乙氧基硅烷复合乳液等防水材料在山西明长城青砖保护中的应用效果。研究表明,涂覆防水材料能有效降低青砖的吸水率和毛细吸水系数,并且能够提高青砖的耐久性。3种防水材料中复合乳液的保护效果最佳,经复合乳液处理的试样在干湿循环作用后仍然保持厌水性。
Studying the application effects of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),isobutyl triethoxysilane(IBTS)and tetraethyl orthosilicate/isobutyl triethoxysilane(T/I)emulsion in the protection of green bricks of the Ming Great Wall in Shanxi province through field investigation,laboratory tests and test analysis.The results show that coating protective materials could reduce the water absorption and capillary water absorption coefficient of green brick effectively,and the durability of brick were improved at the same time.Among the three protective materials,the T/I emulsion shows the best protective effect,the samples treated by T/I emulsion remained hydrophobic after drying and wetting cycles.
