西替利嗪联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液对哮喘急性发作患儿的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of Cetirizine combined with Budesonide Suspension for inhalation in children with acute asthma attack

目的探讨西替利嗪联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗哮喘急性发作患儿的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院收治的哮喘急性发作106例患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方案分为常规组(53例)和试验组(53例),常规组采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,试验组采用西替利嗪联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、症状改善时间、治疗前后肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、血清T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、不良反应。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组喘憋持续时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组FEV1、FVC水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于常规组,CD8^(+)水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西替利嗪联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗哮喘急性发作临床效果显著,可有效缩短患儿症状改善时间,促进肺功能恢复,提高机体免疫力,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of Cetirizine combined with Budesonide Suspension for inhalation in the treatment of children with acute asthma attack.Methods The clinical data of 106 children with acute asthma treated in Fuxin Mining General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2019 to January 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment scheme,they were divided into routine group(53 cases)and experimental group(53 cases).The routine group was treated with Budesonide Suspension,The experimental group was treated with Cetirizine combined with Budesonide Suspension for inhalation.The curative effect,symptom improvement time,pulmonary function(forced expiratory volume in the first second[FEV1],forced vital capacity[FVC]),serum T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of wheezing,the disappearance time of cough,and the disappearance time of wheezing in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1 and FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine combined with Budesonide suspension for inhalation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute asthma attacks,which can effectively shorten the time of symptom improvement in children,promote the recovery of lung function,and improve the body′s immunity,and it doesn′t increase adverse reactions.
