中医护理联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛在脑卒中后抑郁中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Deanxit on post-stroke depression

目的探讨中医护理联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛在脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年4月的江西省高安市中医院收治的60例PSD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组予以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,观察组加以中医护理,连续4周。比较两组患者抑郁评分、临床疗效、不良反应。结果两组患者治疗前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗2、4周后的HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医护理联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛能够减轻PSD患者的抑郁症状,且无严重不良反应,安全可行,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Deanxit in Post-Stroke Depression(PSD).Methods From June 2020 to April 2021,60 patients with PSD admitted to Gao′an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Deanxit,and the observation group was given Chinese medical care for 4 consecutive weeks.The depression scores,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the HAMD scores of the observation group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group.It was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and Deanxit can relieve the depressive symptoms of PSD patients without serious adverse reactions.It is safe and feasible,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
