保温护理在全身麻醉患者中的应用效果

Application effect of thermal insulation care in patients with general anesthesia

目的探讨保温护理在全身麻醉患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月于南方医科大学顺德医院行全身麻醉手术治疗的患者88例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施保温护理。比较两组患者应激反应水平、术后复苏情况、低体温、寒战、躁动发生情况和护理满意度。结果两组患者术前应激反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后C反应蛋白(CRP)、肾上腺激素(AD)、去甲肾上腺激素(NE)水平均高于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组气管拔管时间、完全清醒时间、麻醉后监护室(PACU)滞留时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体温、寒战、躁动发生率分别为4.55%、4.55%、6.82%,均低于对照组的18.18%、20.45%、22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为95.45%,高于对照组81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保温护理能够减轻全身麻醉患者术中应激反应,缩短麻醉恢复期,促进患者麻醉复苏,降低低体温、寒战发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of thermal insulation care in patients with general anesthesia.Methods Eighty-eight patients who accepted general anesthesia during surgery in Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group with 44 cases and an observation group with 44 cases.Patients in the control group took routine nursing care,and in the observation group,heat preservation nursing was added on the basis of the control group.The levels of stress response,postoperative resuscitation,occurrence of hypothermia,chills,and agitation,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative stress response between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),adrenal hormone(AD),and norepinephrine(NE)in the two groups after surgery were higher than those before surgery,and those indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tracheal extubation time,fully awaking time,and post-anesthesia care unit(PACU)retention time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia,chills,and agitation in the observation group were 4.55%4.55%,and 6.82%,which were all lower than those in the control group,18.18%,20.45%and 22.73%,respectively with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 81.82%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat preservation nursing can reduce the stress response during the operation of general anesthesia patients,shorten the anesthesia recovery period,promote the anesthesia recovery,reduce the incidence of hypothermia and chills,and increase nursing satisfaction.
