知识产权是发展中国家创新进步的基础。目前,发展中国家对知识产权保护的创新研究主要从完善以知识产权法为核心的保护体系,优化知识产权保护各要素、强化知识产权全流程保护,及时做好专利预警、完善专利战略部署,因地制宜来制定保护制度、构建并完善知识产权保护行政管理体系,助力知识产权保护、夯实知识产权司法保护职能,动员社会力量、专业化企业保护等方面切入,这些措施有效降低了知识产权侵权行为发生的几率,对提高知识产权侵权案件处理具有一定的推动作用,并加快完善了知识产权的防护体系,值得我国参考借鉴。

Intellectual property is the foundation of innovation and progress in developing countries.At present, the innovative research on the intellectual property protection in developing countries mainly focuses on improving the protection system centered on intellectual property law, optimizing various elements of intellectual property protection, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in the whole process, doing patent early warning in a timely manner, and improving patent strategy deployment. It also places emphasis on formulating protection systems according to local conditions and improving the administrative management system for intellectual property protection.That is the way to assist intellectual property protection, consolidate intellectual property judicial protection functions and mobilize social forces as well as specialized enterprise protection. These measures have effectively reduced the occurrence of intellectual property infringement and improved the handling of intellectual property infringement cases to some extent, and finally have accelerated the improvement of the intellectual property protection system, which are worth learning for China.
