输煤港口胶带输送机导料槽托辊架改造

Transformation of Roller Rack of Guide Chute of Belt Conveyor in Coal Conveying Port

针对输煤港口更换胶带输送机导料槽托辊耗时较长等问题,提出一种托辊架改造方案,将一般槽型托辊架改成分体式托辊架,包含支座、斜支架、中支架3部分,经过强度计算符合使用要求。应用表明,该改造可减少托辊更换时间,提高生产效率。

It takes a long time to replace the rollers of the guide chute of the belt conveyor in the coal conveying port.Aiming at this problem,a transformation scheme of the roller rack is proposed.The general type grooved roller rack is changed into split type roller rack,which includes three parts:support,inclined support and middle support.After strength calculation,it meets the use requirements.The application shows that the replacement time of roller can be reduced and the production efficiency can be improved.
