在港口散货码头的生产装卸过程中,会涉及到大量的集疏港作业,运输车辆短时大量集中过磅会导致道路拥堵,影响运营效率。在分析相关生产作业流程基础上,针对原过磅管理系统存在的问题,提出一种码头自动化过磅系统改造方案。

In the production and loading and unloading process of the port bulk cargo terminal,a large number of port collection and distribution operations are involved.A large number of transport vehicles are concentrated in the weighing area for a short time,which will cause road congestion and affect operational efficiency.On the basis of analyzing the relevant production operation process,aiming at the problems existing in the original weighing management system,a transformation scheme of the automatic weighing system of the terminal is proposed.
