摘要
船舶下水是在船舶建造过程中最为重要的工序之一。以325 m PLV铺管船为例,介绍了采用气囊滑移+半潜驳船下水1.7万t以上巨型分段的实施工艺,分析了气囊下水的优缺点,可为类似大型船舶下水工程提供参考。
Launching a vessel is one of the most important processes in vessel construction.Taking 325 mPLV pipe-laying vessels as an example,the implementation technology of launching giant segments over 17,000 t with airbag sliding+semi-submersible launching is introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of airbag launching is analyzed,which can provide reference for similar large vessel launching projects.
