摘要
目前民族地区由于历史、地理,以及会计学教学体系等方面的原因,具有国际化视野的复合型会计学人才难以满足经济高质量发展的需要。通过对民族地区会计学专业人才培养的现状进行阐述,分析影响民族地区会计学人才培养的关键因素,其中包括会计学专业人才的培养目标、会计学课程体系和教学内容、会计学教学方法和培养方式,以及会计学教学评价和考核方式等,并针对这些影响因素提出加大民族地区教育经费及师资力量投入、优化会计学课程体系和教学内容等对策建议,以更好地提高民族地区会计学专业人才培养质量。
At present,due to the historical,geographical reasons and the accounting teaching system in ethnic minority areas,the training of compound accounting talents with international vision can’t meet the needs of highquality economic development.This study first expounds the current situation of accounting talents training in ethnic minority areas,and then it analyzes the key factors influencing the accounting talents training in ethnic minority areas,including the training objectives of accounting talents,the curriculum system,the teaching content,the teaching methods and training methods,as well as the evaluation and assessment methods,etc.In view of these influencing factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as increasing the investment of education funds and teachers in ethnic minority areas,optimizing the accounting curriculum system and teaching content,so as to better improve the quality of accounting professional training in ethnic minority areas.
