摘要
过程装备与控制工程专业改革以新工科为背景,因此需要紧跟社会需求,紧合市场发展,紧绕新理念的工程教育方向,多种专业方向齐头并进,以新的专业知识体系开创产学融合新模式,使学生的工程实践能力和创新能力更上一层楼。以东北石油大学过程装备与控制工程专业为例,在专业“卓越工程师培养计划”体系、“专业认证”系列改革基础上,提出具有鲜明石油石化行业特色和优势的多样化和个性化人才培养模式,使学生的实践能力、创新创业能力和跨界整合能力得到提高。
The reform of process equipment and control engineering major is conducted under the background of“emerging engineering education”.Therefore,it is necessary to keep up with the social demand,the market development,and the new concept of engineering education.Various professional directions go hand in hand,and create a new mode of integration of industry and education with a new professional knowledge system,so as to constantly improve students’engineering practical ability and innovation ability.This paper takes the process equipment and control engineering major of Northeast Petroleum University as an example.On the basis of professional“excellent engineer training plan”system and“professional certification”reforms,the paper proposes a diversified and personalized talent training model,which has the distinctive characteristics and advantages of petroleum and petrochemical industry.This model can effectively improve students’practical ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and cross-border integration ability.
