产教融合下高职学生廉洁品质培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of the Quality of Integrity of Higher Vocational Students under the Integration of Industry and Education

新时代背景下,高职院校在开展思想政治教育的过程中容易忽视对学生廉洁品质的培育,存在廉洁教育的误区。概述高职“产教融合”的教育要求及廉洁品质的内涵特征,分析“产教融合”背景下高职院校学生廉洁品质培育的意义,指出高职院校廉洁品质培育直接关系到学生个人品质和职业道德素养的提升,最后分析高职院校学生廉洁品质培育路径。高职院校有必要在加强实践教育及校企合作的同时,健全教育机制和体系,采用多种教育方式开展学生廉洁品质培育工作,提高学生廉洁意识,在生活和工作中持身守正,成为德才兼备的专业人才。

In the new era,it is easy for higher vocational colleges to neglect the cultivation of students’quality of integrity in the process of ideological and political education,and there are some misunderstandings in integrity education.This paper first summarizes the educational requirements of the integration of industry and education,as well as the connotation of integrity quality.Then it analyzes the significance of cultivating students’integrity quality in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry and education integration.It points out that the cultivation of integrity quality in higher vocational colleges is directly related to the improvement of students’personality and professional ethics.Finally,it analyzes the cultivation path of integrity quality in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to strengthen practice education and school-enterprise cooperation,improve the education mechanism and system,adopt a variety of education methods to carry out the cultivation of students’integrity quality,improve students’integrity awareness,and keep the quality of integrity in life and work,and become professional talents with both integrity and professional ability.
