基于MATLAB的苹果表面缺陷研究

摘要 文章以烂斑苹果为研究对象,根据实验环境、设备和后期处理不同的需求,研究了苹果表面缺陷特征提取方法。对苹果边缘进行去噪处理,以及形态学运算处理,从而完成硬件的搭建和缺陷特征的提取。提取的缺陷图像的特征值包括颜色、灰度、几何等。以HSV颜色空间模型为依据,提取苹果的颜色特征参数。利用MATLAB的GUI软件平台开发一套检测系统,使苹果缺陷实现可视化操作。 In this paper,taking rotten apples as the research object,according to the different requirements of experimental environment,equipment and post-processing,the method of extracting the surface defects of apples is studied.Denoising and morphological operations are performed on the edge of the apple,so as to complete the hardware construction and the extraction of defect features.The feature values of the extracted defect images include color,grayscale,geometry,and the like.Based on the HSV color space model,the color feature parameters of apples are extracted.Using the GUI software platform of MATLAB to develop a set of inspection system,the apple defects can be visualized.
