摩托车欧五排放法规将从2024年1月1日起执行欧五OBD-Ⅱ标准,OBD-Ⅱ需要对催化器排放性能进行监控。本文介绍了摩托车欧五OBD-Ⅱ的技术标准和测试流程,介绍了对催化器健康状态监控的方法及原理。OBD-Ⅱ的关键在于临界态催化器的制备,介绍了五种轻型汽车上制备临界态催化器的方法,分析了这些方法在摩托车上应用的可行性。
The Euro V emission regulation for motorcycles will implement from 1st January 2024,and it requires monitoring the emission performance of catalytic converter.The technical standard and testing process of motorcycle Euro V for OBD-Ⅱwere introduced.The method and principle of monitoring the catalyst health were also introduced.The key of OBD-Ⅱis the preparation of OBD-limit catalyst.Five methods of preparing OBD-limit catalyst for light-duty vehicle were introduced,and the feasibility of applying these methods to motorcycle were analyzed.
