“两山”理念下地方高校应用型人才培养体系构建研究——基于丽水学院的实践与探索

Constructing Application-oriented Talent Training System in Local Universities Following Xi Jinping Idea on Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains as Invaluable Assets

为促进乡村振兴和实现共同富裕,地方高校赋能乡村振兴、提高与山区人才需求的匹配度、提升学生实践能力与专业综合能力、培养学生家国情怀与扎根山区情怀等问题显得尤为重要。丽水学院基于“两山”理念,把红(浙西南革命精神)、绿(生态文明建设思想)、彩(中华民族共同体理念)“三色”嵌入人才培养全过程,通过“两山”铸魂、“两基”立根、“两特”赋能,化生态优势为发展优势,化地方特色为学科特色,化区域资源为办学资源,实施课程思政、优化专业结构、构建课程体系、打造实践平台“四维联动”,政产学研用“多元协同”育人,构建了地方高校应用型人才培养新体系,应用型人才培养成效显著。

It is a significant issue that local universities are faced with how to make their contribution in facilitating rural revitalization and common prosperity by optimizing the match between talent training and market demand for talents,promoting students'practical as well as integrated professional competencies,nurturing in students'a sense of patriotism and the determination to take root in mountainous areas.Following Xi Jinping Idea on lucid waters and lush mountains as invaluable assets,Lishui University integrates the revolutionary spirit of southwest Zhejiang,the thought on ecological civilization construction,and the awareness of Chinese national community into the complete process of its talent training in an effort to turn the local ecological advantages into its own developmental advantages,transform the local features into its disciplinary features and convert the regional resources into its own educational resources.It has constructed a new system for its application-oriented talent training and achieved notable results by implementing ideological and political education teaching in all specific curricula,optimizing its specialty structure,perfecting its curriculum system,forging its 4-dimensional platforms for practices and internships,and involving into its education the coordinated effort of government,enterprises,universities and research institutions.
