Art songs of Russia art songs constitute a significant part of the art songs of the world.This paper discusses the development history of Russian art songs,and expound their features by outlining and analyzing the works of several representative composers,that is,their national character,their romantic feeling and the perfect integration of poetry and music.Taking Tchaikovsky's Lullaby as an example,the paper also summarizes the essential singing skills for Russian art songs from four aspects like the sound expression,the use of breath,the requirements of articulation and the expression of emotion.
