摘要
传统英语专业毕业生现在面临着由于知识、技能单一所导致的就业困境,有些高校英语专业积极探索基于产教融合的复合型人才培养模式。本文采用量化研究方法探索产教融合视角下基于生态系统的英语专业面向跨境电商的语言服务类复合型人才“EPMI”培养模式。受试为某高校英语专业跨境电商两届实习学生,数据收集工具为调查问卷。研究发现,产教融合视角下的“EPMI”培养模式在培养跨境电商语言服务类复合型人才方面有一定的有效性,但也存在不足,需要进一步完善。本研究结论对跨境电商语言服务类复合型人才的培养模式有一定的实践指导意义和理论意义。
Traditional English majors are now facing the employment dilemma caused by only English knowledge and skills.Some English majors in colleges and universities actively explore the model of“integration of production and education”to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents.This paper employed the quantitative research method to explore the effectiveness of the“EPMI”model on the basis of ecosystem from the perspective of integration of production and education in cultivating inter-disciplinary talents of English majors serving international e-commerce.The subjects were chosen conveniently from senior students in two grades in a university,who were in their internship in international e-commerce companies.The questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument.It was found that the“EPMI”model based on“integration of production and education”was,to a certain degree,effective in cultivating inter-disciplinary talents of English majors in the service of international e-commerce,but it also had some shortcomings and could be improved.The finding has certain practical and theoretical significance for the research on the training model of inter-disciplinary talents in international e-commerce.
