摘要
目前,我国已经形成了完备的教师专业培训体系,但是教师专业培训的质量与效益还有很大的提升空间,深化研究与创新实践教师专业培训工作意义重大。本文针对目前小学教师专业培训工作存在的培训规划缺乏系统性、课程设置缺乏针对性、培训方式缺乏主体性、校本教研缺乏实效性四个方面的问题,提出了重视系统规划,深化培训的目标要求;重视课程建设,满足教师的多元需求;重视方法设计,突出教师的主体作用;重视校本教研,完善培训的基础建设的应对策略。
In China,a complete system for in-service professional training of school teachers has been developed.However,there still exists much room for the further improvement of the quality and efficiency of the training.Thus the in-depth research on innovating the practice of the training is of great significance.This paper proposes a set of countermeasure based on an analysis of the problems exist,namely,the planning of the training need to be more systematic,the training courses ought to be more pertinent and precisely focused,and the content of the courses should be better oriented toward the practitioners'multiple needs.
