国际量子密码技术专利发展态势与热点分析 被引量:5

International Quantum Cryptography Patent Development Trend and Hot Spot Analysis

摘要 随着互联网信息技术日新月异的发展以及量子时代的不断迫近,各国对量子密码技术研究的重视程度越来越高。量子密码技术专利数据可以很好地反映一个国家在量子密码领域技术的进展和成果,揭示国家的科技实力和国防力量。本文对量子密码技术专利进行深入分析,以期全面揭示量子密码技术的研发现状、研发热点、技术布局及竞争格局等。研究结果表明,从2011年开始,量子密码技术专利申请量高速增长,目前处于快速增长期;中国是全球量子密码技术研究的主要阵地,其次是美国和日本;国际上排名前三位的申请机构依次为中国的科大国盾、美国的MagiQ科技公司和日本的电气株式会社;技术方向为密钥分配、光子量子通信;技术热点集中在量子密钥分发、量子纠缠、量子安全直接通信和量子秘密共享等。分析结果可为我国量子密码技术研究提供参考,为我国知识产权保护提供建议。 With the rapid development of Internet information technology and the approaching of the quantum era,countries pay more and more attention to the research of quantum cryptography.Quantum cryptography patent data can well reflect the progress and achievements of a country in the field of quantum cryptography,and then reveal the country’scientific and technological strength and national defense capabilities.In this paper,the patent of quantum cryptography technology is deeply analyzed in order to reveal the research and development status and hotspots,technology direction layout and competition pattern.The results show that the number of patent applications for quantum cryptography technology has increased rapidly since 2011,and is still in a period of rapid growth;China is the main front of quantum cryptography research in the world,followed by the United States and Japan;The top three applicants in the world are QuantumCTek Co.,Ltd,American Magiq technology company and Japan Electric Co.,Ltd.Key distribution and photon quantum communication are the hot spots in the field of global quantum cryptography;The main technical topics are quantum key distribution,quantum entanglement,quantum secure direct communication and quantum secret sharing.The analysis results can provide reference for quantum cryptography research and suggestions for the intellectual property protection of quantum cryptography in China.
