Research on the Talent Training Path of“Five-in-one”Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges

新常态背景下,国家核心竞争力形成的重要因素是创新能力,创新能力也与国家的长治久安有直接关系。在职业院校教育改革的背景下,要想提升创新创业人才培养水平,其关键在于构建五位一体的培养模式。阐述了五位一体创新创业教育的内涵,结合五位一体创新创业教育对于人才培养的价值和存在的问题,提出了提升人才培养水平的策略。

Under the background of the new normal,an important factor in the formation of national core competitiveness is innovation ability,which is also directly related to the long-term stability of the country.Under the background of education reform in vocational colleges,the way to improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training lies in constructing a“five-in-one”training model.Therefore,through the effective analysis of the connotation of“five-in-one”innovation and entrepreneurship education,combined with the value and existing problems of“five-in-one”innovation and entrepreneurship education for talent training,the paper explores the construction of“five-in-one”innovation and entrepreneurship education system in future vocational colleges and the strategies of improving the level of talent training.
