高职院校档案管理的创新与优化研究

Research on the Innovation and Optimization of Archives Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校的档案管理工作对高职院校健康发展起着十分重要的作用,档案对高职院校人才的培养和高职院校长期稳定发展具有重要影响,因此高职院校必须要加强对档案管理工作的重视,完善管理工作制度,优化档案管理模式。但由于当前高职院校档案管理存在一些问题,导致高职院校档案管理工作难以取得理想的效果。通过对当前高职院校档案管理工作现状进行分析,提出了高职院校档案管理的创新与优化路径,以期提高高职院校档案管理工作效率。

The archives management of higher vocational colleges plays a very important role in the healthy development of higher vocational colleges.Archives have an important impact on the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges and the long-term stable development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the emphasis on archives management,improve the management work system,and optimize the archives management mode.However,due to the existing problems in the archives management of higher vocational colleges,it is difficult to achieve the desired results in the archives management of higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the current situation of archives management in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the innovation and optimization path of archives management in higher vocational colleges,in order to improve the efficiency of archives management in higher vocational colleges.
