射频和红外两种原理在线含水分析仪现场应用比较

摘要 原油中水含量的测量一般采用手工"蒸馏法"进行化验,这种方法化验时间长、劳动强度大,手工取样化验采取以点代面的方法来计算原油中的平均含水率,不能完全代表原油中的平均含水率。射频、红外原理的原油含水分析仪都是连续、在线、自动进行原油含水分析测量的装置,它具有测量精度高,无须手工取样化验等优点,华北油田公司第三采油厂在两条输油干线上分别采用射频和红外原油含水分析仪进行现场应用,取得了很好的效果。对两种原理计量装置的现场应用进行对比,运用详实数据说明正确选用计量装置可以比较准确地实现原油中水含量计量问题。 The measurement of water content in crude oil is generally tested by distillation method. This method takes a long time and high labor intensity. And also, by this method, the average water content in crude oil is calculated by a single value, which cannot completely represent the average water content. Water content analysis meter based on radio frequency or infrared ray can measure water content in crude oil continuously, online and automatically. It has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and no manual sampling and testing. The Third Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield Company uses radio frequency and infrared ray water content analysis meter on two oil pipelines, and get great feedback. In this paper,the application of two kinds of water content analysis meters is compared, to shows that the measurement of water content in crude oil can be accurately realized by selecting the device correctly.
