摘要
提出了一种核电DCS应用软件虚拟仿真测试方法及平台。该测试方法和平台,在实体DCS移交之前,可先行在仿真的DCS虚拟体上对应用软件的逻辑功能进行测试,提早发现、修复缺陷,待实体DCS交付后,在实体DCS上对修复后的应用软件逻辑功能进行测试。该方法通过虚实结合,不受设备限制,测试更充分,达到测试前移,缺陷早发现早修复,降低质量成本的目的。该方法已经在华龙一号堆型的DCS系统测试中得到了成功的应用,也为其他核电堆型和非核领域的控制系统测试提供了可供借鉴的经验和方法体系。
This paper presents a virtual simulation method and platform of nuclear power DCS application software. The test method and platform, before the physical DCS is handed over, can first test the logic function of the application software on the simulated DCS virtual body, find and repair the defects in advance, and test the logic function of the repaired application software on the entity DCS after the entity DCS is delivered. This method through the combination of virtual reality, not limited by equipment, more full testing, to achieve test forward, defects early detection early repair, reduce quality costs. This method has been successfully applied in the DCS system test of Hualong-1 reactor type, and it also provides the experience and method system for other nuclear power reactor type and non-nuclear control system testing.
