中国碳排放变化的因素分解与减排途径分析 被引量:2

摘要 作为全球最大的碳排放国家,中国每年都面临着庞大的减排任务。2021年5月6日发布的一份新研究报告称,截至2019年,中国的年度温室气体排放总量已占世界的27%,并且第一次超过了经济合作与发展组织(OECD)国家的总排放量。造成这一现象的主要原因是中国经济处于快速发展阶段,经济的发展必然伴随着能源的急剧消耗。以煤炭为主的能源结构,消耗时会不断增加中国的碳排放总量。参考了国内外诸多学者的研究,分析了中国碳排放变化的因素以及提出了碳减排的具体政策建议,希望能为有关人士提供参考。 As the world's largest carbon emitter,China is faced with huge emission reduction tasks every year.A new research report released on May 6,2021 stated that as of 2019,China's annual greenhouse gas emissions accounted for 27%of the world's total,and for the first time exceeded the total emissions of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)countries.The main reason for this phenomenon is that China's economy is in a stage of rapid development,and economic development is bound to be accompanied by rapid energy consumption.The coal-based energy structure will continue to increase China's total carbon emissions during the consumption process.This paper refered to the research of many scholars at home and abroad,analyzed the factors of carbon emission changes in China,and proposed specific policy recommendations for carbon emission reduction,hoping to provide reference for relevant parties.
