红阳三矿703工作面瓦斯综合治理技术探讨

摘要 红阳三矿703综采工作面瓦斯涌出总量预计为32.24 m^(3)/min。为解决瓦斯涌出量大的问题,通过分析得出采面瓦斯来源为本煤层、邻近层和701采空区瓦斯涌出,并提出顺层孔、顶板瓦斯抽采巷、回顺交叉迈步埋管、斜交孔综合治理技术措施。从现场实施情况来看,工作面已经回采375 m,平均日产煤5326 t,工作面进风量1600~1800 m^(3)/min,回风流瓦斯体积分数0.25%~0.46%,治理效果显著。 The total gas emission from the 703 fully mechanized mining face of Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine was estimated to be 32.24 m^(3)/min.In order to solve the problem of large gas emission,this paper obtained that the source of gas in the mining face is the current coal seam,adjacent layers and the gas emission in the 701 goaf through analysis,and proposed the technical measures for comprehensive gas control of the bedding holes,roof gas drainage roadway,return crossing steps pipes and oblique crossing holes.Judging from the on-site implementation,the working face has been mined at 375 m,the average daily coal production is 5326 t,the air intake of the working face is 1600-1800 m^(3)/min,and the return air flow gas volume fraction is 0.25%-0.46%.The treatment effect is significant.
