摘要 为了解决矿井掘进机掘进硬岩巷道效率低、能耗大的问题,基于数学公式确定了截割头头体长度、头体直径等参数,通过动力学分析和数值模拟手段,得到30°锥角下截割头受力合理且设备比能耗最小,有效解决了原掘进机的问题,提高了工作效率,延长了设备的使用寿命。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and high energy consumption of the mine tunneling machine in hard rock roadway tunneling,this paper determined the cutting head length,head diameter and other parameters based on mathematical formulas,and obtained that the cutting head under 30°cone angle was reasonably stressed and the specific energy consumption of the equipment was the smallest through dynamic analysis and numerical simulation,which effectively solved the problems of the original tunneling machine,improved the work efficiency and extended the service life of the equipment.
