深海矿产资源开采及扬矿技术应用

摘要 为有效解决深海多金属结核开采中海洋地质资源勘探技术落后,海底各类风险预测熟练程度不足,海洋资源可持续性利用设计不完善等问题,提出了深海条件下的扬矿技术,并对矿浆泵提升、清水泵提升、射流泵提升和气举泵管道提升技术进行了详细介绍和对比分析。结果表明,矿浆泵提升技术综合效率最高能达到50%,而且工艺简单,是目前最具市场前景的扬矿技术,具有一定的研究推广价值。 In order to effectively solve the problems of backward exploration technology for marine geological resources,insuffi-cient proficiency in predicting various types of seabed risks,and imperfect designs for sustainable use of marine resources in the mining of deep-sea polymetallic nodules,this paper proposed the lifting technology under deep-sea conditions and carried out detailed introduction and comparative analysis of slurry pump lifting,clean water pump lifting,jet pump lifting and gas lift pump pipeline lifting technology.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of the slurry pump lifting technology can reach up to 50%with simple process,and the technology is currently the most promising technology in the market and has certain research and promotion value.
