摘要 中国煤炭行业不断发展,煤矿生产效率及质量都有了较大的提升,而中国煤矿井下开采实现快速掘进,离不开连续采煤机的应用。简要阐述了连续采煤机掘进操作的特点,详细分析了影响连续采煤机掘进的因素,最后在总结影响因素的基础上,制定了提升连续采煤机掘进效率及质量的措施,以期为提升中国煤矿井下掘进安全及效率提供些许参考。 With the continuous development of coal industry in China,production efficiency and quality of coal mines have been greatly improved,and the rapid excavation of underground mining in China is inseparable from the application of continuous shearers.This paper briefly described the characteristics of continuous shearer tunneling operation,analyzed the factors that affect continuous shearer tunneling in detail,and finally formulated measures to improve continuous shearer tunneling efficiency and quality on the basis of summarizing the influencing factors with a view to providing some reference for improving the safety and efficiency of underground tunneling in coal mines of China.
