基于数据挖掘分析含陈皮成方制剂的组方规律

Data mining analysis of prescription rules of traditional Chinese patent medicine containing dried tangerine peel

目的:运用数据挖掘技术,分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·中药成方制剂》(以下简称《中药成方制剂》)中含中药陈皮的成方制剂组方规律。方法:收集《中药成方制剂》中含陈皮的所有成方制剂,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对含陈皮的主治证候和疾病等进行频次统计及组方规律分析。结果:含陈皮成方制剂共656首,主治证候共130种,主治疾病共146种。其中高频证候为食积证、气血两虚证,其高频药物组合为陈皮-甘草、陈皮-茯苓、陈皮-白术。高频主治疾病为积滞、咳嗽。结论:该研究通过大数据客观地呈现了含陈皮成方制剂的主治病证和组方规律,为陈皮的临床运用及相关新药研发提供客观依据。

Objective:To analyze the composition rules of prescription containing dried tangerine peel in Pharmaceutical Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the People′s Republic of China-Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine(hereinafter referred to as Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine),then preferably guide clinic and provide reference for researching and inventing new Chinese medicine. Methods:All of the prescriptions containing dried tangerine peel in traditional Chinese patent medicines were collected and recorded into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)for setting up a database.Using data mining methods such as frequency statistics and correlation rule of this soft,the frequency of attending syndromes and attending diseases were analyzed,and the prescription rules of high frequency attending syndromes and diseases were analyzed. Results:There were a total of 656 prescriptions containing dried tangerine peel,130 attending syndromes and 146 attending diseases.Among them,high frequency syndromes were syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood,or syndrome of food accumulation. The high frequency medicine combinations were respectively the addition and subtraction of dried tangerine peel and licorice,dried tangerine peel and fuling,then dried tangerine peel and atractylodes macrocephala. The high frequency attending diseases were cough and accumulation. Conclusions:Using great number data this study objectively showed the prescription rules of traditional Chinese patent medicines containing dried tangerine peel,and provided an objective basis for the clinical application of dried tangerine peel.
