胰岛样类器官研究进展及展望

Research progress and prospects of islet-like organoids

摘要 胰岛移植是有效治疗1型糖尿病的手段,局限性在于供体缺乏。干细胞衍生的胰岛有望成为胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的一种治疗方法。类器官来源于干细胞分化,被证明在器官修复及再生医学领域有极大的发展潜力。体外诱导形成的人胰岛样类器官,经过封装移植有望使糖尿病患者减少对胰岛素治疗的依赖,具有广阔的应用前景。本文将对胰岛样类器官发展及在糖尿病治疗的应用研究进行介绍。 Islet transplantation is an effective method for treating typeⅠdiabetes,but the lack of donors is limited.Islets derived from stem cells hold promise as a therapy for insulin-dependent diabetes.Organoids derived from stem cells have been proved to have excellent development potential in organ repair and regenerative medicine.Human islet-like organs induced in vitro are expected to reduce the dependence of diabetic patients on insulin therapy through encapsulation and transplantation,which has broad application prospects.This article will introduce the development of islet-like organoids and their application in the treatment of diabetes.
