网膜素-1在脂代谢相关疾病中的研究进展

Research progress of omentin-1 in lipid metabolism-related diseases

网膜素-1是一种新型脂肪细胞因子,广泛表达于血管基质细胞、间皮细胞、气道杯状细胞等。近年来,在许多组织和器官中发现了网膜素-1的特殊功能。值得注意的是,网膜素-1在脂代谢相关疾病中的作用越来越被人们所重视。研究结果显示,网膜素-1在胰岛素抵抗、动脉粥样斑块形成和脂质代谢等的调控中发挥关键作用;然而,其具体分子机制尚未完全阐明。因此,进一步研究网膜素-1在脂代谢相关疾病中的作用机制至关重要。现对网膜素-1及其在脂代谢相关疾病中的进展作一综述,旨在为脂代谢相关疾病的治疗提供新的理论依据.

Omentin-1 is a new type of adipose cytokine,which is widely expressed in vascular stromal cells,mesothelial cells,airway goblet cells and so on.Multiple special functions of omentin-1 have been identified in many tissues and organs in recent years.Notably,the role of omentin-1 in lipid metabolism-related diseases has been paid more and more attention.It has been found that omentin-1 plays a crucial role in the regulation of insulin resistance,atherosclerotic plaque formation and lipid metabolism.However,its specific molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Therefore,it is very important to further study the mechanism of omentin-1 in lipid metabolism-related diseases.This review focuses on the progress of omentin-1 and its role in lipid metabolism-related diseases,aiming to provide new theoretical basis for lipid metabolism-related diseases.
