摘要
基于双晶单色器建立了能量为15~100 keV硬X射线地面标定装置(hard X-ray calibration facility,HXCF)。对单能X射线的单色性进行了定量分析,并评估了HXCF的稳定性。结果表明:双晶单色器具有良好的单色性,对于HXCF产生的能量为20.5~196.5 keV的单能X射线,整体单色性优于3.5%;单色光通量10 h内的稳定性优于0.8%;对单能X射线能谱中的连续部分,采用双晶失谐和无孔光阑方法比偏移探测器法对扣除连续谱更有效,可更好地实现对探测器效率的标定。因此,HXCF可满足分辨率高于3.5%的星载探测器的能量响应和探测效率等地面标定实验。
Based on the double crystal monochromator,a hard X-ray calibration facility(HXCF)with energy of 15~100 keV is established.The monochromaticity of single energy X-ray is quantitatively analyzed,and the stability of HXCF is evaluated.The results show that the double crystal monochromator has good monochromaticity.For the single energy X-rays with energy of 20.5~196.5 keV generated by HXCF,the overall monochromaticity is better than 3.5%,and the stability of monochromatic luminous flux is better than 0.8%within 10 hours.To obtain the better calibration efficiency of the detector,the double crystal disharmonic method and non-aperture diaphragm method are more effective than the migration detector method to deduct the continuous spectrum in the single energy X-ray spectrum.Therefore,HXCF can meet the ground calibration experiments of energy response and detection efficiency of space borne detectors with resolution higher than 3.5%.
