摘要
针对某型掘锚机履带系统,建立了其动力学模型并进行了动力学仿真。在此基础上,对影响履带车辆爬坡性能的因素进行了分析。通过对掘锚机爬坡过程的运动学与动力学分析,得到了带速对掘锚机爬坡性能的影响关系。分析了不同速度下掘锚机在爬坡过程中质心高度、履带张紧力和质心横向偏移程度,以此三方面作为评价爬坡效果的因素,得到带速为7 m/min时,掘锚机爬坡效果最好。
The dynamic model of a crawler system of a certain type of anchor digger was established and the dynamic simulation was carried out. On this basis, the factors affecting the climbing performance of tracked vehicles were analyzed. Through the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the climbing process of the anchor digger, the influence relationship of track speed on the climbing performance of the anchor digger was obtained. The height of the center of mass, the tension of the track and the lateral displacement of the center of mass of the anchor digger during the climbing process were analyzed under different speeds. The above three aspects were taken as the factors to evaluate the climbing effect, obtained that the climbing effect of the anchor digger is the best when the belt speed is 7 m/min.
