基于检修特点的矿用液压支架结构件焊接工艺研究

摘要 矿用液压支架结构件是重要的受力部件,设备检修过程中对结构件拆解检修时焊缝修复方面存在的问题较多,造成设备整体检修质量水平低,甚至在井下使用过程中出现一些不安全状况。通过优化修理拆解工艺方案,对结构件焊接修复工艺进行研究,进一步提高结构件的检修焊接修复质量,降低作业人员劳动强度,达到提质增效的目的。 The structural parts of hydraulic supports for mines are important stress-bearing parts. There are many problems in the repair of weld line in the disassembly and repair of structural parts during the equipment maintenance process, resulting in a low level of overall equipment maintenance quality,there are some unsafe conditions even in the process of underground use. By optimizing the repair and dismantling process plan, the welding repair process of structural parts was researched, and the quality of structural parts maintenance and welding repair was further improved, the labor intensity of the operators was reduced, and the purpose of improving quality and efficiency was reached.
