摘要
针对空气钻进方式煤尘大、严重影响施工环境且易引起煤尘爆炸事故的问题,为履带式钻机设计了一种滑移式孔口装置,安装简单、操作方便,可有效防止孔内瓦斯与煤尘逸出,改善施工环境,提高了现场施工的安全性。
Aiming at the problem of large coal dust during air drilling, which seriously affects the construction environment and is easy to cause coal dust explosion accidents, designed a sliding orifice device for crawler drilling rig, which is simple to install and easy to operate. It can effectively prevent the escape of gas and coal dust in the hole, improve the construction environment, and improve the safety of on-site construction.
