基于安全风险双预控的近距离煤层群瓦斯抽采达标评判指标优化 被引量:1

Optimization of Evaluation Index of Gas Drainage Standard in Close Distance Coal Seam Group Based on Double Pre Control of Safety Risk

摘要 《煤矿瓦斯抽采达标暂行规定》分别从采前和采煤过程2个不同的生产阶段对工作面瓦斯进行风险管控,给出了相应的瓦斯抽采效果评判指标,实现了采煤工作面全过程的瓦斯风险管控。但是现行的采前瓦斯抽采效果评判指标未充分考虑高瓦斯煤层群的开采特点,风险预控的效用相对较低,主要依靠采煤期间的工作面瓦斯抽采率等过程管控指标来控制风险,高瓦斯煤层群开采工作面的瓦斯风险管控存在薄弱环节。为提高高瓦斯煤层群开采工作面的瓦斯风险预控效用,基于安全风险双预控基本要求,经过剖析乌达矿区近距离煤层群瓦斯涌出特点,提出了适用于高瓦斯近距离煤层群开采条件下的工作面采前瓦斯预抽效果评判指标。实践表明,采用该指标进行评判后,工作面生产期间瓦斯涌出量大幅下降,起到了良好的风险预控作用。 The Interim Provisions of Coal Mine Gas Drainage Standard carries out risk management and control on the gas of working face from two different production stages of pre mining and coal mining process, gives the corresponding gas drainage effect evaluation index, and realizes the gas risk management and control of the whole process of coal mining face. However, the current evaluation index of pre mining gas drainage effect does not fully consider the mining characteristics of high gas coal seam group, and the utility of risk pre control is relatively low. It mainly depends on the process control index such as gas drainage rate of working face during coal mining to control the risk. There are weak links in gas risk control of mining face of high gas coal seam group. In order to improve the effectiveness of gas risk pre control in mining face of high gas coal seam group, based on the basic requirements of double pre control of safety risk, through analyzing the gas emission characteristics of close distance coal seam group in Wuda mining area, put forward the evaluation index of gas pre drainage effect in working face under the condition of high gas close distance coal seam group mining.The practice shows that after using this index for evaluation, during the production period of working face, the amount of gas emission decreases significantly, which plays a good role in risk pre control.
