基于多信息融合的采煤机采运参数协同优化研究

摘要 以煤岩的相关材料理论为基础,建立煤岩截割三维模型,利用有限元分软件ANSYS对该模型进行仿真。研究了转速和牵引速度与载荷波动系数、截割比能耗、截齿安全系数的关系,得到载荷波动系数、截割比能耗、截齿安全系数的关系式,通过fmincon函数得出结果:当转速为86.2 r/min、牵引速度为3.85 m/min时,采煤机运动参数达到最佳,此时载荷波动系数为0.271,截能比耗为0.785 kW·h/m^(3),截齿安全系数为2.4。 Based on the relevant material theory of coal and rock, a three-dimensional model of coal and rock cutting was established, and the model was simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS. The relationship between rotational speed and traction speed and load fluctuation coefficient,cutting specific energy consumption and safety factor of pick was studied, and the relational expressions of load fluctuation coefficient, cutting specific energy consumption and safety factor of pick were obtained. Through fmincon function, obtained the results as follows: when rotational speed is 86.2 r/min and traction speed is 3.85 m/min, the motion parameters of shearer reach the best, at this time load fluctuation coefficient is 0.271, cutting specific energy consumption is 0.785 kW·h/m^(3) and the safety factor of pick is 2.4.
