8周复合式训练对中国冰壶国家队运动员扫冰能力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:将复合式训练应用于中国冰壶国家队运动员的非冰期与冰期衔接阶段中,探讨其优化精英冰壶运动员扫冰能力的效果。方法:采用常规力量训练与复合式训练分别对备战北京冬奥会的冰壶国家队全体20名运动员实施8周线性周期力量训练,测试训练前、后运动员的力量素质、扫冰推拉压力、扫冰频率以及扫冰绩效值,采用协方差分析测试数据,计算训练效果的组间效应量(d)。结果:相对于常规力量训练,复合式训练更能提高国家队冰壶运动员的扫冰推出压力峰值、拉回压力均值/峰值、扫冰频率、扫冰绩效值(d=0.9~2.8),但改善扫冰推出压力均值的效果较小(d<0.2)。结论:复合式训练比常规力量训练更有利于提高我国精英冰壶运动员的最大扫冰推出压力、扫冰拉回压力以及扫冰频率,从而优化扫冰绩效值。 Objective:To explore the effect of complex training on the athletes of Chinese national curling team during the connection between non-ice and ice period.Methods:Traditional strength training and complex training were used to implement 8-week linear period strength training on 20 athletes of the national curling team.We assessed the strength,push and pull pressure,frequency,and key performance index before and after training;covariance analysis was used to calculate the effect size(d)between training groups.Results:Compared with traditional strength training,the effects of complex training on improving athletes’peak push pressure,average/peak pull pressure,frequency,and key performance index were all large effective sizes(d=0.9~2.8),but the effective size of average push pressure was small(d<0.2).Conclusions:Compared with traditional strength training,complex training is more conducive to improving the peak pressure,pull pressure and frequency of sweeping for elite curling athletes.
