健康中国战略下体医融合的实践成效、困境与推进策略

Effectiveness,Dilemma,and Promotion Strategy of the Integration of Sport and Medicine under the Strategy of Healthy China

随着"健康中国"上升为国家战略,体医融合成为健康中国建设的主要途径。基于《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》《健康中国行动(2019—2030年)》等政策及当前我国体医融合的发展现状,发现我国体医融合在体医融合政策及跨部门间合作、发展思路及服务模式、试点形式及服务范围、专业人才培养模式及数量等方面取得显著成效,但在体医融合理念及顶层设计、体医融合机制、支撑服务体系、全面发展等方面还略显不足。基于此,提出重塑理念,完善顶层设计;转变职能,构建体医融合机制;强化供给,健全支撑服务体系;统筹兼顾,促进全面发展;科学布局,实施系列工程等促进我国体医融合的健康发展。

With“Healthy China”rising to national strategy,the integration of sport and medicine has become the main way to build a healthy China.Based on the“Healthy China 2030”Plan Outline,“Healthy China Action(2019-2030)”and other policies and the current development of the integration of sport and medicine in China,it is found that China’s integration of sport and medicine has achieved remarkable results in the policy of integration of sport and medicine and interdepartmental cooperation,the development thought and service mode,the pilot form and the service scope,training mode and quantity of professionals.However,it is still slightly inadequate in terms of the concept and top-level design of the integration of sports and medicine,the mechanism of integration of sports and medicine,the supporting service system,and overall development.Based on this,the study puts forward the concept of remolding,perfect the top-level design;change the function,construct the mechanism of body medicine fusion;strengthen the supply,perfect the support service system;make overall consideration,promote the all-round development;scientific layout,carry out a series of projects to promote the healthy development of the body medicine fusion in our country.
