摘要 温室气体是指所有会摄取和放出红外线辐射并存在于大气之中的气体,是影响全球气候变化、导致地面温度上升的主要原因。它的异常存在可导致环境气候变化,严重威胁人类的生产生活。CO_(2)的作用约占温室效应总体的一半,控制CO_(2)含量的大小对地球热量平衡有重要影响,也是解决温室效应的关键。文中基于国内现代产业状况和“双碳”目标,详细论述了国内CO_(2)的主要来源,结合国内采取的CCUS策略和现有控制碳排放技术发展状况介绍了控制CO_(2)排放的途径,最后依据国内发展特点提出了4条关于控制CO_(2)排放策略上的建议。 Greenhouse gases are all the gases that absorb and emit infrared radiation and coexist in the atmosphere.They are the main cause of global climate change and the rise of surface temperature.Its abnormal existence can lead to environmental climate change and seriously threaten human production and life.The role of CO_(2) accounts for about half of the total greenhouse effect.Controlling CO_(2) content has an important impact on the earth's heat balance and is also the key to solve the greenhouse effect.Based on the development status of modern industry in China and the goal of"dual carbon",the main sources of CO_(2) in China were discussed in detail.Combined with the CCUS strategy adopted in China and the development status of the existing carbon emission control technology,the ways to control CO_(2) emissions were introduced.Finally,four suggestions on CO_(2) emission control strategies were put forward according to the characteristics of domestic development.
