摘要
文中介绍了某炼油厂为应对《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB31570-2015)排放标准,通过对预处理单元进行混凝—微/纳米气浮技术试验,对比原预处理工艺出水水质,考察微/纳米气浮技术在污水预处理应用效果情况。结果表明,在同样的混凝剂加注的情况下微/纳米气浮装置出水水质较原1气、2气浮出水水质较好,该技术可为污水处理装置技术升级改造提供技术依据。
This paper introduced that a refinery conducted coagulation-micro/nano air flotation technology test on the pretreatment unit to meet the Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry(GB31570-2015)and investigate the application effect of micro/nano air flotation technology in wastewater pretreatment by comparing the effluent quality of the original pretreatment process.The results showed that the effluent water quality of micro/nano air floatation device was better than that of original gas 1&2 when the same coagulant was added.The technology could provide technical basis for technological upgrading and transformation of wastewater treatment device.
