摘要
通过对某炼化公司汽油池组分性质、汽油调合过程、辛烷值现状和辛烷值过剩原因进行分析,总结了辛烷值过剩的具体原因并制定了相应的优化措施,得出在现有汽油生产过程中通过优化过程控制、增加分析频次监控辛烷值变化、优化汽油配制计划、动态优化汽油调合比例等措施,达到了降低汽油的辛烷值富裕度,减少质量过剩的目的,增加了企业效益。经过后期的实践跟踪,出厂汽油的辛烷值富裕度明显下降,证明了各项措施的有效性、可行性。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics,blending process,octane number status and the cause of excess octane num⁃ber in a refining&chemical company,this paper summarized specific cause of excess octane number and formulated the corre⁃sponding optimization measures.It was concluded that in the current gasoline production process,through optimizing the process control,increasing the analysis frequency to monitor the octane number change,optimizing the gasoline preparation plan,dynamical⁃ly optimizing the gasoline blending ratio and other measures,the goal of reducing the octane number abundance of gasoline,reduc⁃ing the quality excess,and increasing the enterprise benefit was achieved.After the later practice tracking,the octane number abun⁃dance of gasoline decreased obviously,which proved the effectiveness and feasibility of various measures.
