摘要
丙烯是1种重要的基础化工原料,进一步加工可得到大量的化工产品。乙烯装置烃类裂解是丙烯的主要来源,烃类裂解产物分离后C_(3)馏分主要含有丙烯,同时还含约1%~5%的甲基乙炔(MA)和丙二烯(PD)。由于甲基乙炔和丙二烯与丙烯的相对挥发度接近1,用传统精馏方法很难将其分离,因此催化加氢是脱除甲基乙炔和丙二烯最常用方法,同时尽可能减少丙烯过度加氢生产丙烷造成损失,是提高丙烯产量和乙烯装置收益的重要手段。
Propylene is an important basic chemical raw material,which can get a large number of chemical products after further processing.Hydrocarbon cracking is the main source of propylene in ethylene plant.After the separation of hydrocarbon cracking products,the C_(3) fraction mainly contains propylene,and also contains about 1%~5%methyl acetylene(MA)and propylene diene(PD).Because the relative volatility of MA&PD/propylene is close to 1,it is difficult to separate it with the traditional distillation method.Therefore,catalytic hydrogenation is most commonly used to remove MA&PD,and it is the important way to increase propylene yield and yield of ethylene plant by means of reducing losses caused excessive hydrogenation production of propylene oxide as much as possible.
