摘要
丁二烯是重要的石油化工原料,按照萃取溶剂的不同,丁二烯抽提技术主要有3种生产工艺:N-甲基吡咯烷酮法(NMP法)、二甲基甲酰胺法(DMF法)和乙腈法(ACN法)。某公司在用2套丁二烯抽提装置,分别为丁二烯2套装置(DMF法)和丁二烯3套装置(NMP法)。文中以此2套装置为例,参考2020年的生产情况和数据,围绕NMP法和DMF法丁二烯抽提工艺展开对比,分析2种工艺的区别和优缺点。对比发现NMP法丁二烯抽提工艺流程设置简单集中、NMP溶剂安全环保、稳定性好,不腐蚀设备,能耗物耗优势明显。
Butadiene is an important petrochemical raw material.According to the different extraction solvent,butadiene extraction technology mainly has three production processes:N-methyl pyrrolidone method(NMP method),dimethyl formamide method(DMF method)and acetonitrile method(ACN method).A company currently has two butadiene extraction devices,which are two butadiene extraction devices(DMF method)and three butadiene extraction devices(NMP method).In this paper,the two sets of devices were taken as examples,and the butadiene extraction processes of NMP method and DMF method are compared based on the production situation and data in 2020,and the differences,advantages and disadvantages of the two processes were analyzed.By comparison,NMP method had the features of simple and centralized technological process,safe and environmentally friendly of NMP solvent,good stability,equipment without corrosion,and obvious advantages in energy consumption and material consumption.
