沥青中蜡含量分析方法的优化

摘要 文中分析了影响沥青蜡含量分析准确性的关键因素:取样和样品处理的准确性、裂解过程的控制,其中重点明确了裂解终止点的选择,以接收瓶瓶口白烟结束,蒸馏烧瓶内黄烟翻滚至支管口作为裂解终止点,不仅可确保分析的准确性,而且有利于后续的过滤过程。优化了洗涤—溶解—蒸发步骤,减少了样品转移过程,提高分析准确性,同时节省了试剂的使用。 This paper analyzed the key factors influencing the accuracy of the asphalt wax content analysis.i.e.the accuracy of sampling and sample processing,the control of cracking process,of which the confirmation of the choice of the general end point with receiving the white smoke of bottleneck and the distillation flask rust-worn gears flaking rolling to the nozzle as a cracking end point,not only can ensure the accuracy of analysis,but also benefit to the subsequent filtration process.The procedure of washing,dissolving and evaporation was optimized,which not only reduced the transfer process of samples,improved the accuracy of analysis,but also saved the utilization of reagents.
