钢桥面铺装防腐层环氧富锌漆缺陷机理分析及控制 被引量:2

摘要 通过对环氧富锌漆返锈及漆膜内存在杂物发生的机理分析,在不同状况下,漆膜完好时拉拔强度最大,黏结效果最好,漆破损越严重,拉拔强度越小.基于有限元建模,分析了环氧富锌漆漆膜在不同状况下对钢桥面铺装层的影响.随着钢桥面板锈蚀的逐渐发展,层间接触状态由连续向光滑转变,铺装层与钢桥面板的层间接触效果将越来越差,铺装层所受拉应变也越来越大.结合返锈位置与正常位置漆膜厚度检测结果,提出环氧富锌漆漆膜厚度控制返锈的标准.结果表明:相比于正常位置环氧富锌漆漆膜厚度,返锈位置漆膜厚度普遍偏薄. By analyzing the mechanism of rust reversion of epoxy zinc-rich paint and impurities in the paint film,it is found that under different conditions,the drawing strength of epoxy zinc-rich paint is the highest and the bonding effect is the best when the paint film is intact.The more serious the damage of epoxy zinc-rich paint,the smaller the drawing strength.Based on finite element modeling,the influence of epoxy zinc-rich paint film on steel bridge deck pavement under different conditions was analyzed.With the gradual development of steel bridge deck corrosion,the interlayer contact state changes from continuous to smooth,the interlayer contact effect between pavement and steel bridge deck will become worse and worse,and the tensile strain of pavement will become larger and larger.Based on the test results of the film thickness at the rusted position and the normal position,the standard of controlling the rusted film thickness of epoxy zinc-rich paint is put forward.The results show that the film thickness of epoxy zinc-rich paint in the rusted position is generally thinner than that in the normal position.
