摘要
基于长三角城市群2008—2017年的面板数据,利用41个城市全样本和江浙沪、安徽两个分样本,实证研究技术进步对绿色经济发展的影响和技术创新的空间溢出效应。研究发现,在长三角城市群,技术创新对绿色经济发展在直接影响和间接影响两个方面都有显著的正向影响,在江浙沪和安徽两个分区域样本中也存在积极影响,但存在显著差异性。基于此,提出鼓励技术创新、发展绿色经济的对策建议。
Based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2008 to 2017,the impact of technological progress on green economic development and the spatial spillover effect of technological innovation was empirically studied in the whole sample of 41 cities and two sub-samples of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui.It is found that in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,technological innovation has a significant positive impact on the development of green economy in both direct and indirect aspects,and there is also a positive impact in the two sub-regional samples of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui,but there are significant differences.Based on this,the countermeasures and suggestions to encourage technological innovation and develop green economy are put forward.
