中国省际包容性增长评价——基于熵值法

Evaluation of Inclusive Growth at Provincial Level in China:Based on entropy method

基于经济可持续增长、机会均等、共享发展成果3个维度,选取29个二级指标构建中国包容性增长评价体系,采用熵值法对中国30个省市2013—2019年的包容性增长水平进行评估,同时对各省各区域间的发展差异程度展开分析。结果显示:中国省际包容性增长发展水平逐渐提高,大部分省市发展速度较快且发展质量较高;省市间的包容性增长发展水平差距在逐步缩小,但是区域间差异明显,东部地区包容性增长发展水平高,中西部地区较为落后,呈现分化现象。

Base on the three dimensions of sustainable economic growth,equal opportunities,and shared development results,29 secondary indicators are selected to build China's inclusive growth evaluation system,and the entropy method is used to determine the inclusive growth level of 30 provinces and cities from 2013 to 2019 Carry out an assessment and analyze the degree of development differences between provinces and regions.The results show that China’s inter-provincial inclusive growth development level has gradually improved,and most provinces and cities developed fairly and development quality are high.The gap in inclusive growth development levels between provinces and cities is gradually narrowing,but the regional differences are obvious.The development level of inclusive growth is high,and the central and western regions are relatively backward,showing a phenomenon of differentiation.
