基于熵理论的产业互联供需网信息协同有序度研究

摘要 随着“大数据”时代的到来,供需关系的形态由链式结构发展为网状结构,其中打破信息壁垒、降低信息透明度是提升产业互联供需网运行效率的重要手段。如何有效评估产业互联供需网信息协同的现状成了探究的重点。以新能源汽车产业为例,运用结构熵模型,对比分析传统供应链信息协同模式和产业互联供需网信息协同模式的有序度。研究发现,产业互联供需网协同信息网络的有序度更优,搭建信息共享平台可以减少信息传输中的最短路径距离,大幅度提升质量熵,解决供需关系各企业信息不平衡等问题,降低运营成本。 With the arrival of the era of“big data”,the form of supply and demand relationship has developed from the chain structure to the network structure.Breaking the information barrier and reducing the transparency of information is an important means to improve the operation efficiency of industrial interconnection supply and demand network.How to effectively evaluate the current situation of information synergy in industrial interconnection supply and demand network has become the focus of research.Taking the food industry as an example,the structural entropy model is used to compare and analyze the order degree between the traditional supply chain information coordination mode and the industrial interconnection supply and demand network information coordination mode.It is found that the order degree of industrial interconnection supply and demand network is better with the information network.Building an information sharing platform can reduce the shortest path distance in information transmission,greatly improve the quality entropy,solve the problems of information imbalance among enterprises in the supply and demand relationship,and reduce the operating cost.The results can verify the validity of the evaluation model,and it is suitable to be applied to other industries.
